With Spence Brothers serving as the general contractor, this project involved the construction of a seven-story multi-use parking structure located in Downtown Ann Arbor. The aggressive scheduling of this project’s construction included a precast ramp adding to its overall complexity. Architecturally aesthetic in nature, every detail of workmanship required exacting supervision to transform the Architect’s vision into reality.
Its location demanded heavy coordination with the City to sustain an uninterrupted flow of traffic through Ann Arbor’s active Downtown area. With the creation of detailed traffic plans, the use of road closures, detours, and signage, this aggressively scheduled project was completed on time and within budget.
