ProMedica Toledo Hospital is constructing a new 14 level (including basement) patient care tower on their existing campus which has multiple connections with the 8-story Renaissance Tower. This new patient care tower will total approximately 400,000sf.
Spence Brothers was awarded concrete and waterproofing associated with the construction of an underground parking structure, which will feature surface parking above grade, totaling 450 parking spaces. A boulevard roadway bisects the parking lot at grade, and Spence Brothers also constructed retaining walls and paving associated with the parking structure’s tunnel connections.
