Bay City — The Jenifer Acosta Development team cut the ribbon on the historic revitalization of the Legacy in Downtown Bay City. The historic site known as the Crapo Building, has been rebranded as The Legacy. The building now houses 26 upscale residential apartments and first floor commercial spaces. Spence Brothers served as the Construction Manager for The Legacy project.
