Spence Brothers served as the Construction Manager for the renovation of Michigan State University’s Research Institute for Value Chair Creation. Renovations were made to the existing 3,500sf office suite, and two new spaces were fit out to provide additional classroom and programming space.
Renovations included new ceilings and flooring, construction of six new offices and new millwork. An adjacent shelled space was finished to serve as a classroom.
