This project included renovations to Glacier’s CRC (Care & Rehabilitation Center) South complex, renovations to the Manor and CRC North buildings and extensive site improvements for traffic flow and additional parking.
This project required extensive phasing and planning to minimize service disruption -a construction specialty synonymous with Spence Brothers’ project teams.
The CRC South complex experienced a complete renovation and serves as a rehab nursing facility. The addition at CRC South provides a new dining room on each floor and a country kitchen. Construction on the Glacier Hills campus also included an all new Sub Acute Care facility of over 65,000sf.
Additional improvements spanning the remaining buildings help Glacier Hills provide an updated health service capability.
