Seeking to improve employee morale and engagement, Case Systems engaged Spence Brothers to partner with a multi-disciplined team to freshen it’s Corporate Headquarters. The existing facility featured decades old finishes and an office mezzanine that provided low ceiling heights and poor lighting.
Working side-by-side with the architect and interior designer, our preconstruction team worked with Case to develop a project that fit their budget and work place objectives. The resulting project modified several office layouts, drastically improved lighting in the mezzanine area, and upgraded finishes throughout.
