This high-rise student housing complex was built less than one block from The University of Michigan campus. The 14-story building is 148 feet tall, accessible on East University Avenue and Church Street.
The facility is a mixture of 91 units that added 350 beds to the student housing market. A mixture of micro apartments, studio, and multi-bedroom units are available for rent. Fifty-three off-street parking spaces were built as part of the three-level parking garage.
Amenities included a sky lounge, fitness room, study lounge, and outdoor sky terrace. A first floor retail space was accessible from the East University side of the building.
