
Spence Brothers is joining other business and community leaders in spreading the principles of Conscious Capitalism. CEO Herb Spence III joined fellow business leaders Mark Bassett, CEO of the Hemlock Semiconductor Corporation, and Dick Garber, President of Garber Management in an op-ed in the Midland Daily News about the importance of building a conscious culture within a business. As part of the Great Lakes Bay Chapter of Conscious Capitalism, local leaders have worked to encourage peer companies to adopt the Four Tenets of Conscious Capitalism to build their business in a manner that also adds value to their communities.
