Formerly home to a Kmart department store, McLaren Health Care’s newest facility in West Branch was developed to accommodate an Ambulatory Care Center, Imaging Services, Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Sleep Center, Family Medicine and Specialized Clinic Spaces. The building will also accommodate future growth space, as 30,000sf of the footprint will be shelled. Future uses include expanded emergency and sleep centers, additional clinic space, and procedure/surgical suite.
