In collaboration with a private developer, McLaren Bay Region established a new medical office building to serve new markets in Midland County. Spence Brothers served as construction manager for the core and shell construction and fitout of several spaces for this three level, 58,000 square foot facility.
The steel structure with concrete decks was designed to accommodate a variety of possible medical tenants. The exterior of the building included a mix of neutral color corrugated metal clading, blue shaded fiber cement cladding, and an aluminum glass window system. A glass canopy was also included over the main entrance to the facility.
