Saginaw–A large crowd gathered to witness the ground breaking for the new Delta College Saginaw Center on Monday, March 26. The new facility will be located along Genesee Avenue in Downtown, adding yet another piece to the City’s renaissance. The $12. 2 million project will be completed by Summer 2019, in time for the Fall semester.
