Featuring 140 beds in a quad-style room layout, each unit is outfitted with a kitchen and two bathrooms. This 3-story, wood framed structure was constructed on deep foundations to compensate for the poor soils at the site.
The building includes a 2,400 square foot Fitness/Wellness Center. The heating and cooling systems are centralized and the building has on-site laundry.
